A Better Future for All series

In partnership with HOTA, Home of the Arts, Griffith University presents a series of critical conversations focusing on issues and concerns and unlocking knowledge and foresight from influential thinkers and leaders.

In a time of great uncertainty and controversial decision-making, the public’s right to know has never been more pronounced.

Helmed by master interviewer Kerry O’Brien, Griffith’s signature in conversation series brings together exceptional thinkers and leaders from diverse fields to address some of the biggest challenges facing the world today. At the heart of these conversations is a commitment to understanding the intersection of ideas and actions affecting our daily lives.

Established in 2020, speakers in the series have included Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, Australian of the Year Grace Tame, Qantas CEO Alan Joyce, ACTU President Sally McManus, former US Ambassador Jeffrey Bleich, and Australian filmmaker and Indigenous activist Rachel Perkins.
